Shipping:
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are not inclusive of shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated based upon weight, and a separate invoice may be generated for shipping fees.
All orders and shipments will not be delivered or released until shipping fees and/or any outstanding balance due (if applicable) are paid.
Returns:
All white label, private label, graphic design, financial analysis, marketing services and website creation services are not eligible for returns. No refunds will be given once payment for products or services has been made. Any disputes must be made within 7 days of deposit or payment.
Due to the variations in lab testing, no refunds will be given for differences in lab test results.
Deposits are non-refundable. Orders may not be changed or canceled after 24 hours.
